My process of filmmaking is going to a city and striving to meet and understand the people who live there. I then create art combined with film and show it to the people. The film then becomes something not only about the city I am in, but is also about myself and my hometown, Seoul. Because my interpretation of the city is my individual understanding of others, it can also be a method of understanding myself.
